Waadookodaading Ojibwe Language Institute exists to use Ojibwe medium education to strengthen the Anishinaabe people, language and culture. We envision a future where the longevity and quality of life for Anishinaabe people are made certain by their ability to think in the Ojibwe language and live our culture.

Friends of Waadookodaading Ojibwe Language Institute (WOLI) can choose to support students and teachers by including WOLI in their estate plans. These deferred, or planned gifts, include bequests by will, IRA or retirement plan, gift annuity, trust arrangements, insurance policy and other means. Planned gifts can be directed towards a variety of needs from teaching to land acquisition for the establishment of a future permanent school site.
In addition to raising supportive funds from individual donors, such as our Alumni and friends, WOLI, works to secure financial support for the Ojibwe language learning Institution from foundations and corporations. These range from small family foundations to regional and national foundations, as well as sole proportiers. Many friends of WOLI focus their giving on our programs and organizational sustainability goals, which is the Institution’s greatest need. To learn more or to discuss the best options for your planned giving/legacy gift or foundation/corporate giving, please contact WOLI by phone at (715) 634-8924 or email [email protected].
