The Board of Directors consists of seven (7) members appointed by the Board of Directors, and one (1) ex officio member. The Board is comprised of two General Representatives from the general public nominated through a public vote held by WOLI, subject to final approval and appointment by the Board of Directors, three Ojibwe Language Representatives who are fluent in Ojibwe Language and/or engaged in language revitalization research and development; and two Professional Service Representatives who have a demonstrated background in finance, law, governance, or public policy trades.
