Ojibwemowin Resources
text
Ahaw, Ojibwemodaa!
Ojibwemowin is spoken in an area spanning Quebec to Saskatchewan, and from Michigan to Montana.  There are many Ojibwemowin speakers, perhaps numbering 50,000, making it the fourth largest North American indigenous language [Nichols, in Baraga 1992:vi].  It is a part of the Algonquian language family, which spreads further from Ojibwemowin in all directions, especially up and down the Atlantic seaboard.
